Hat Shaping

Hat shapes vary from location, lifestyle, and personal preference. If you would like your hat shaped before we ship, choose from any of the options on this page. Then shoot an email to orders@outpostboots.com, after ordering, with your name, order number, and the crown/brim shape you want. Not seeing your style or want to modify one of these shapes? Not a problem! Email pictures and instructions to orders@outpostboots.com.

Please note! Some hats are pre-creased with a press and cannot be changed. Any open and flat hat can be shaped however you like. Any Greeley Hat Works or American Hat Company hats with a crown shape can be modified since both are hand shaped. Pre-creased Stetsons, Resistols, Twisters, Rodeo Kings and Charlie 1 Horse hats cannot be modified before shipping.
