🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Policy
We’re pretty quick on the draw—most orders ship out within 1 to 3 business days. We ship with UPS or USPS. If you chose a specific shipper at checkout, we will use the one you picked. If you qualified for free shipping, we will select the most economical option - if you have a preferred shipping option, you may need to opt out of free shipping and select your preferred carrier - you know your local delivery services limitations better than we do!
📮 For PO Boxes
For PO Boxes: you must select USPS, as UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. If you are a PO Box address and select UPS, we will contact you.
🚚 Where It’s Headed
We’ll send your order to the shipping address you give us at checkout, so make sure it’s accurate.
🕵️ Out of Stock? We’ll Reach Out
If something’s unexpectedly out of stock or needs a little extra time, we’ll contact you to chat about options—whether that’s a refund, a special order, or swapping for something else.
📦 Once It Leaves Our Hands
Once your order is marked as delivered, it’s officially out of our hands. We’re not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that might happen after delivery. If you're worried about porch pirates or rough weather, consider shipping to a secure location or adding delivery instructions.

We’re excited to offer international shipping, starting with Australia! Here’s what you need to know if you're ordering from outside the U.S.

We currently ship to only Australia at this time, but we're quickly adding more international countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. You'll see all your options (and prices) before you hit that final "Order" button.
🚨 Customs & Duties
Heads up: your country might charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These aren’t included in our prices, and we don’t collect them ahead of time—so you’ll be responsible for those when your order arrives. We know it’s a pain, but every country’s rules are a little different.
📬 Delivery Delays
Once your boots hit the road, they’re in the hands of the local postal or carrier service. Sometimes delays happen due to customs, weather, or other issues out of our control—but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and help if anything goes sideways.
