Customer service was absolutely outstanding! I received my initial order that had various sizes of shirts in the same color. One size was a darker shade than the other 2 shirts. I emailed them in regards to returning to get all 3 shirts of the same color and shade. Jerilyn contacted me back in a timely manner and was very helpful through the whole process. She reached out to Cinch to notify them of the color difference, was able to get a specific shirt sent in the correct color and shade to make a complete order set. She has received all my gratitude and appreciation through this process as she was determined to assist us in a timely manner. We appreciate all the assistance to ensure our wedding group had matching shirts before the event.

I called in with a question about a hat since I live out of state and couldn’t see the options in person. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and, when she didn’t have the answer right away, she quickly connected me with someone who could help. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but he was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through details about the hat, including how it’s shaped, and even offered additional recommendations. He also explained why the one I was considering was a great choice, which really helped me feel confident in my decision.

My hat came in today! The box was pretty beat up by UPS, but thankfully the hat itself arrived in great shape. Really happy with my new American Hat Company hat-thanks so much!

Had given up wearing cowboy boots…have been fortunate enough to have found the first two pairs I have bought recently have been super comfortable from the first pull on. These Anderson Bean’s have restored my faith in super comfortable wearable every day all day!

The grain in my pair was matched beautifully between the two boots.The elongated folds actually work better in my opinion for the J toe than the cracked folds and grain in the photo. They seem to be lined with an extra soft calfskin at the foot too. Nice design, Outpost! Keep the J toes coming.

I love how casual it wears. Also the shift of softer than my black cherry ostrich. Diff stitching This antique saddle came in more buttery like. I actually really like it. In person the burgundy shaft is a nice subtle contrast. And the black welt over brown leather sole. Very very nice!!!

I got to talk to the person shaping the hat over the phone. He asked several questions that were relevant and I got what I asked for. I did a little bit of tweaking which is expected. Great people and great customer service!

All in all pretty great! Shaper was kind, courteous, and professional. Hat came out about perfect, and I will purchase and have it shaped by the hands down there again. All in all awesome people and they did a fantastic job, can’t speak highly enough about this shop and this service. I’ve had a few hats shaped online before and this was bar none the best experience.

First off I ordered these boots and they didn’t fit . My fault . I sent an email about returning them and in ten minutes I had a return label from them. I wasn’t sure what size I wore in Olathe brand. So my wife and I decided to drive up to there store 3.5 hours away. As I’m driving my wife looked them up and noticed they were closed. So she called them to find out there hours. They said they were closed that day for restocking but for us to come on. They actually opened the store for us.So we could exchange my boots for the same boot but different size and let us do some shopping. I’ll do all my business from them.

Fenoglio has became my go to brand, love the boots, elephant leather looks nicer than what the big box stores offer, love that the upper/shaft isn’t too wide so it doesn’t really stick out the jeans. Lining is super soft on the inside, Fenoglio has a comfortable insole and I really appreciate the walking heel it has. For you cowboys it also has plastic on the spur ledge to protect the heel.

Elephant leather is definitely tough and soft as described online, wouldn’t recommend them being snug if that’s not your thing considering they’re a bit hard to get into. Overall super comfortable boot. Definitely better than some other brands I’ve tried.

First time trying HP Top Hand boots. Couldn’t be more pleased. The Ostrich skin was top notch and just beautiful. I always get nervous about a brand I havnt tried before and the fit. Fit was spot on, true to size. Fit was same as Ariat and HYER. I’ll definitely be looking at more HP TH boots, might be my new favorite, and it seems Outpost has a wide selection. First time buying from Outpost and that went great as well, turn around time was spectacular. I’ll be back
