PRESERVE THE ORIGINAL BODY OF FELT HATS: Kahl's Hat Stiffener is specially formulated to protect the shape of material through heavy wear.
PROVIDES OPTIMAL MATERIAL RETENTION: This product's gentle stiffening action allows you to dial in your preferred level of material retention.
WILL NOT AFFECT TONE, TEXTURE, OR COLOR OF HAT: It will not turn yellow or flake off like most hat stiffeners do.
STANDS UP TO CLEANERS: Kahls Hat Stiffener will not affect future hat cleanings, shaping or reblocking.

Directions: Always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Shake well. Cover work area with a cloth. Brush hat to clean surface. KAHL'S HAT STIFFENER IS ONLY TO BE APPLIED TO THE BOTTOM RIM OF THE HAT. Spray fine mist over entire area. Hold bottle 8”-10” from the hat. Allow to dry. Use steam to reshape hat to desired style. ( A pot of boiling water can be used for steaming, hold the hat over the boiling water to use steam to push the product into the fibers.) Repeat above procedure if more body is desired. Warning: If you do not steam this product into the hat it will sit on top of the fibers and leave a residue that will chip and flake. Steaming is a priority. Do not saturate, instead follow the procedure a few times.
All products shipped will be covered for damage or loss during transit. Once your package reaches its destination, it is not insured against porch piracy or theft. Please take the necessary steps to make sure your packages aren't left unattended - such as being present the day they're scheduled to arrive, or shipping to a secure location.
Orders typically ship in 1 to 4 business days (we're normally very quick about getting your shipment to you!) through UPS or USPS, to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be contacted to initiate a refund, special order, or product substitution.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Any customization of a product will render it non-returnable. This includes shaping, stretching or trimming of hats, and stretching of boots. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before you place your order.
For products damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 business days of when your shipment arrived.
Life's complicated, returns don't have to be.
You have 30 days to return your items. Items must be in brand new condition when they return. Tags in place, boots can't be worn outside, etc. Worn items will not be refunded nor returned. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser to get a worn/tagless item back.
Return Labels
For the return label - if you purchased Outpost Free Return protection, your return label is covered. If you did not purchase Outpost Free Return protection, you cover the return shipping.

For the Holidays
For the holidays only, orders placed between November 1st through December 24th will have an extended return policy and can be returned up until January 31st.
Once we get the items back, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item to your credit card.
