Please include your #SHPFY, contact phone number, and any instructions or photos of how you would like the hat shaped.
Important Notes:
- Custom-shaped hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select the correct hat size before placing your order
- We will contact you with photos of your hat for approval prior to shipment. Once you have approved the hat shaping we will get it shipped out as quickly as we can.
- Custom shaping may increase processing time before your order ships. Each hat is shaped by hand to your specifications, which can take additional time depending on current order volume. We appreciate your patience as we ensure quality craftsmanship.
All products shipped will be covered for damage or loss during transit. Once your package reaches its destination, it is not insured against porch piracy or theft. Please take the necessary steps to make sure your packages aren't left unattended - such as being present the day they're scheduled to arrive, or shipping to a secure location.
Orders typically ship in 1 to 4 business days (we're normally very quick about getting your shipment to you!) through UPS or USPS, to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be contacted to initiate a refund, special order, or product substitution.
