MADE IN THE USA: Bickmore is proud to produce all Bickmore Suede & Nubuck Cleaner in the United States of America. Directions: Shake well. Always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Remove dirt with stiff bristle brush. Apply Bickmore Suede & Nubuck Cleaner to any stains. Blot with clean cloth, and let item dry. Brush up nap. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, use our popular Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent to keep your shoes, boots, and accessories protected.
All products shipped will be covered for damage or loss during transit. Once your package reaches its destination, it is not insured against porch piracy or theft. Please take the necessary steps to make sure your packages aren't left unattended - such as being present the day they're scheduled to arrive, or shipping to a secure location.
Orders typically ship in 1 to 4 business days (we're normally very quick about getting your shipment to you!) through UPS or USPS, to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be contacted to initiate a refund, special order, or product substitution.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Any customization of a product will render it non-returnable. This includes shaping, stretching or trimming of hats, and stretching of boots. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before you place your order.
For products damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 business days of when your shipment arrived.
Life's complicated, returns don't have to be.
You have 30 days to return your items. Items must be in brand new condition when they return. Tags in place, boots can't be worn outside, etc. Worn items will not be refunded nor returned. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser to get a worn/tagless item back.
Return Labels
For the return label - if you purchased Outpost Free Return protection, your return label is covered. If you did not purchase Outpost Free Return protection, you cover the return shipping.

For the Holidays
For the holidays only, orders placed between November 1st through December 24th will have an extended return policy and can be returned up until January 31st.
Once we get the items back, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item to your credit card.
