PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Any customization of a product will render it non-returnable. This includes shaping, stretching or trimming of hats, and stretching of boots. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before you place your order.
For products damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 business days of when your shipment arrived.
Life's complicated, returns don't have to be.
You have 30 days to return your items. Items must be in brand new condition when they return. Tags in place, boots can't be worn outside, etc. Worn items will not be refunded nor returned. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser to get a worn/tagless item back.
Return Labels
For the return label - if you purchased Outpost Free Return protection, your return label is covered. If you did not purchase Outpost Free Return protection, you cover the return shipping.
For the Holidays
For the holidays only, orders placed between November 1st through December 24th will have an extended return policy and can be returned up until January 31st.
Once we get the items back, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item to your credit card.

Clearance Items are any products 40% off and above. These items are Final Sale Only. Once an item is shipped, we will not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Normal manufacturer warranties still apply.
